German 3 Course Overview

This class is approved by the NCAA.

This class is part of the MyFunScience live online homeschool classes, which provide structured instruction for middle school and high school students. Families can explore all of our foreign language courses for homeschool students.

This live online German 3 class builds upon the strong grammatical and conversational foundation established in German 2. Students engage with more advanced grammatical structures while deepening their fluency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Using Deutsch Aktuell 3, students explore historical figures, German-speaking regions, and significant cultural events. Emphasis is placed on spoken language and complex sentence construction, preparing students for higher-level language study.

Throughout the year, students analyze authentic materials, short literary passages, and poetry while continuing to expand vocabulary and conversational ability.
