Course Reviews

This was my daughter’s first introduction to MyFunScience and boy did it set the bar high.
Mrs. Baer is one of the sweetest teachers I’ve ever seen interact with kids and it was all online.
She has a gift for making each student feel heard and special. Her heart for God is evident in everything she does. She is a superb instructor who is well organized with an excellent command of the content and age appropriate context. I’m a science geek and really picky about science classes. I have no hesitation recommending this class to anyone. We’re looking for other classes that Angie teaches for my daughter to take in the future. And….we secretly want to move onto her farm. Loved that she shared bits of her life for that extra personal touch.

Mama Baer, my daughter took this class [YS A&P] last year and loved it. And now my son is taking it, and my daughter is jealous! Thank-you so much for the wonderful class and Christian content!

"My children absolutely love MyFunScience. They look forward to it every day and requested it for next year and upcoming years. Angie Baer teaches all three of them, I think she is excellent."
"Mrs. Baer is an absolute treasure! Down to earth, pleasant, always smiling and she just "has a way" with the high school age group. Her before-class prayers were heart-felt too. Thankful my son was a part of her class."
"I wanted to let you know that Caleb completed the Budget worksheet. Great exercise for all of us! It spurred on conversations about how you can save for emergencies, entertainment but also what happens if you have more month at the end of the money. Great variety of talking points around the breakfast table. Thanks!" – Julie W.
"Loving "Not your Mom's Home EC Class" with Angie Baer! These boys are making some yummy meals every week! Last night Ethan made homemade mashed potatoes with chip beef gravy. Tonight, Eli made Homemade Baked Potato Soup and cornbread from scratch. Delicious!" – Judy K.

"Thank you again for offering this class this semester! Annabelle is loving this class and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the assignments! I am sending along some of Annabelle's pictures...most weeks she takes a day to make a super nutritious hot lunch (Stir Fry, Mexican Soup) and last night it was a bacon and veggie Frittata topped with hot sauce and Greek yogurt (YUM!) for dinner! She is learning so much and having so much fun in the process." – Jennifer G.
You are an amazing woman and an amazing teacher. It has been a joy for Capri to join you in your classes!!! She LOVES getting to be in your class and when we are on the road, she is sad if she cannot attend them. I appreciate the apparent love that you show to your kids in such a unique way! Even though they are not in the classroom with you, they def. feel that love which can only be the love of Jesus Christ!!! We cannot thank you enough for your sacrifice for these kids near and FAR:) I know it has changed Capri's path already with you as a huge influence in her life!! - Amber B.
