Upper Elementary US & World Geography Course Description
This class is part of the MyFunScience live online homeschool classes, which provide structured instruction for elementary, middle school, and high school students. Families can explore all of our homeschool geography and history courses.
This live online geography class introduces homeschool students in grades 4–6 to the geography of the United States and the wider world.
Students will go on an exciting journey across the United States and around the globe while stamping their own personal passports in this engaging upper elementary geography course.
Through colorful textbooks, interactive worksheets, discussions, and virtual tours, students will explore countries, continents, cultures, and famous landmarks while learning how geography connects people and places around the world.

The first half of the year focuses on United States geography and the special landmarks found in each state. The second half of the year explores world geography and the continents of the globe.

During live class sessions, students will take notes, watch videos, participate in virtual landmark tours, learn interesting facts, and engage in discussions that make geography both meaningful and fun.
