What Is the New Hampshire Children’s Scholarship Fund?

The New Hampshire Education Freedom Accounts (EFA) Program provides eligible students with approximately $3,700 per year to customize their education.

EFAs are available to students ages 5–20 entering Kindergarten through 12th grade whose household income is at or below 350% of the federal poverty level. The program is administered by the Children’s Scholarship Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization authorized by the state of New Hampshire.

EFA funds may be used for MyFunScience online classes and other approved educational expenses.

How to Use New Hampshire EFA Funds at MyFunScience

MyFunScience is listed in the New Hampshire Marketplace.

Option 1: Reimbursement

Parents may pay for the class out of pocket. A receipt will be emailed to you from MyFunScience, which you can then submit in ClassWallet for reimbursement.

Option 2: Invoice / Direct Pay

1. Visit our Contact Us page and let us know you are starting an order and would like to use your New Hampshire EFA funding.
2. Add your courses to your cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Select the Payment Plan option. In the Order Notes section, write:
   “I would like to use New Hampshire EFA funding.”
   Note: A temporary $99 fee will appear at checkout. You will not be charged. We will remove the fee. This step allows us to collect the information needed to register your student and generate an invoice.
4. Log in to ClassWallet and submit the invoice.
5. Once we see the invoice approved in ClassWallet, we will enroll your student and send confirmation.
